Deeside Rhythmic Gymnastics Club . Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport combines dance , flexibility , equipment work -ball,ribbon,clubs,hoop and rope.

HMC was founded in May 1950 by a group of keen motorsport enthusiasts to enjoy driving cars to their limit on organised events, followed by beer & banter!

Run by volunteers for the local community.
